Staff very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to park the car beforebthe check in and after the check out which is very helpful in SF. Nive room refurbished. Good location.

The hotel was in a great location, there were many walking distance activities and Uber drivers were able to find the location easily when needed. It was nice knowing my car was safe in the parking garage. It was also decently clean. I recommend it and will stay again.

Undercover Parking was great, and Secure. The Location is Great, Walking or transport close by to most places you need to go. The Lift from the Car Park was also great, Old but working.

the location is perfect to go everywhere foot by. By the fact that SF is weel known for its vandalism, the best option is leave the car in the free parking that the facility provides.

Good location to visit San Francisco. Safety area well connected by bus. Nice café and diners in the vicinity. The rooms have recently been renovated, although staines are starting to appear on the walls.

Rooms were clean. Staff super helpful. Our front desk guy was awesome!!!!!easy to Uber to everything we wanted to go too. Car felt safe in underground parking lot. I would definitely return.

It is excellent value for the room. It was newly decorated and clean. Room was large for San Francisco. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful. Great to have onsite parking included in the cost. There were places to eat near by. Heater warmed the room quickly.
